Resale Agreement

Welcome!  I am pleased you want to become part of Rosa's Closet.

All clothing must be in "ready to sell" condition (i.e. current trends, laundered, ironed, dry cleaned, etc.)

All clothing must be brought in on hangers.

All consignments are for a period of 60 days.  After 60 days items will become the property of Rosa's Closet and donated to the YWCA Domestic Crisis Center.

Any unsold items may be picked up 5 days before the expiration date by appointment.

Rosa's Closet reserves the right to establish all pricing and discounts.

Consignor commission is 40% of the net selling price.

All consignors are paid in cash.  A 24-hour notice is required for payment when account balances are more than $25.00.

Rosa's Closet cannot be responsible for item damages due to accidents, theft, fire, or flood occurrences.
