Resale Agreement

Welcome!  I am pleased you want to consign with Rosa's Closet.

All clothing must be in "ready to sell" condition... 
purchased within the last 2 years, current trends, sizes 0-14, laundered, ironed, 
dry cleaned, and brought in on hangers) 

Clothing is accepted by appointment Monday through Friday for the current season.

All consignments are for a period of 60 days.  After 60 days items will become 
the property of Rosa's Closet and donated to the YWCA Domestic Crisis Center.

Any unsold items may be picked up 5 days before the expiration date by appointment.

Rosa's Closet reserves the right to establish all pricing and discounts.

Consignor commission is 40% of the net selling price.

All consignors are paid by check.  A 24-hour notice is required for payment. 
Balances below $25.00 must be used as in-store credit.

Rosa's Closet cannot be responsible for item damages due to accidents, theft, 
fire, or flood occurrences.
